Cosign Projects is dedicated to bringing the neighborhood of Benton Park West and the greater Saint Louis community creative projects from regional and national emerging artists. Initiated during the Great Bailout '09, Cosign's directive is to display art projects to street passerby as well as the local community.

Artists who install and display their work on the facade of the rowhouse rental are asked to create works that are relevant to the surrounding community. Permanent exterior banner hardware is available to the artist, though this does not necessarily define the type of creation that future projects may dictate.
Cosign Projects was initiated in February of 2009 by Lauren Adams, former director of TAI + LEE Gallery in Pittsburgh; co-curator and co-founder of Loom and LOOM2 in Pittsboro, NC; co-director of Sweet Jesus exhibition at the Historic Lemp Brewery, 2010; and Assistant Professor of Art at Washington University in St. Louis. To learn more about Lauren's work, see her website.
Jake Peterson is co-director of Cosign Projects. Recent projects include the Sweet Jesus exhibition at the Historic Lemp Brewery and technical design assistance with Temporary Art Review. Jake owns Arsenal Studios, a web design company that helped build this website.
